Roger Zacharia, President and CEO

Roger began his career as a Certified Public Accountant in Deloitte & Touche's Philadelphia office specializing in community banks. Before joining Ambler Savings Bank in May 2010 as our Chief Operating Officer, he held various financial and operational roles at Asian Bank and MoreBank. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Penn State University. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Philadelphia Chapter of the Financial Managers Society, and the Rotary Club of Ambler. Roger currently serves as the Treasurer for the Rotary Club of Ambler.

Joan Coleman, SVP of Lending

Joan began her career at Ambler Savings Bank as a teller in 1965, eventually serving as head teller, customer service representative, branch manager, assistant to the controller, mortgage officer, and secretary to the president. She currently serves as our Senior Vice President of Lending. She was a member of the Mortgage Officers Society, American Association of Mortgage Underwriters, and Treasurer of the Consumer Lending Society. Joan is a past President of the Rotary Club of Ambler and currently serves as the Secretary.

Thomas Keenan, SVP and Chief Financial Officer

Thomas began his career at Germantown Savings Bank in 1983 as a bank teller and was quickly promoted to Internal Staff Auditor. He held a number of audit and financial positions at Commonwealth Bank during a 17 year period. Thomas joined Leesport Bank as Vice President and Controller before coming to Ambler Savings Bank as our Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Compliance Officer in 2004. Thomas has his bachelor's degree from Mount St. Mary's University, and his master's  of business administration from Eastern University. He is the Treasurer of Ambler Junior Baseball, a position he has held since 2009. He is the Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Ambler and a member of the Financial Managers Society.

Jerrie Corbo, VP of Savings

Jerrie started her career as a teller at Philadelphia National Bank. Jerrie joined Ambler Savings Bank in 1976 part-time as a teller and in 1980 went full-time as the head teller. She was quickly promoted to Ambler branch manager. Jerrie continued to progress through our ranks, ultimately into her current position leading our Savings Department. Jerrie was involved with the NCR/Fiserv Metropolitan Users Group and served as the Chairwoman.

Paula Marko, VP of Residential Lending

Paula began her career in 1971 as a teller at First Family Savings & Loan Association in Lansdale, transitioning into mortgage lending and human resources. Paula joined Ambler Savings Bank in 1983 and is now our Vice President of Residential Lending. Paula is an active volunteer in her church as well in various community-related organizations. She served as Treasurer of her church's CYAA.

Patrick S. Rice, VP of Commercial Lending

Patrick began his career as a bank teller and has held various bank positions including branch manager and regional manager. He joined Ambler Savings Bank in July of 1997 and currently serves as our Vice President of Commercial Lending. Patrick received his bachelor's degree from Gwynedd Mercy College and is retired from the Pennsylvania National Guard. Patrick currently serves on the board of Community Lenders Community Development Corporation where he is a former member of the Loan Committee and presently on the Executive Committee. Patrick previously served on the board of the East Norriton Girls Athletic Association.

Margaret Edgar, VP and Controller

Margaret began her career in 1991 at Ambler Savings Bank after receiving her Associate's degree from Montgomery County Community College.  She progressively moved through our accounting department receiving multiple promotions to Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Vice President and Controller, to her current position of Vice President and Controller. She is very family oriented and has been a part of the Ambler community all of her life.

 Susan B. Look, VP and Chief Risk Officer

Susan began her career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, spending over 13 years in the audit and assurance division, specializing in financial institutions, working on both public and non-public clients ranging in size from $50 million to over $1 billion in total assets. She most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of East River Bank in Philadelphia. She joined Ambler Savings Bank in 2014 as Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. Susan received her bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College.  She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Financial Managers Society and has served on their chapter’s Board and Advisory Committee.

 John H. Dean, VP of Commercial Lending

John began his career at Industrial Valley Bank in 1978. Throughout his over 30 years’ experience in banking he has held various positions at both large regional banks and local community banks in the Philadelphia area ranging from Branch Manager to numerous areas in Commercial Lending. He joined Ambler Savings Bank in 2015 as Vice President of Commercial Lending. John received his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College.  He has also attended Stonier Graduate School of Banking and received a Masters in Banking from Sheshunoff/LSU School of Banking. He is an active member of Community Lenders Community Development Corporation where he is a former member of the Executive Committee and presently on the Loan Committee. He is also a volunteer with Boy Scouts of America – Cradle of Liberty Council, a Member of the Board of Observers and Alumni at Muhlenberg College and a former member of the Advisory Board and Finance Chairman of the Sisters of St. Joseph Welcome Center.
